BBQ Pack Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. The instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry into the Selleys BBQ Pack promotion is deemed to be acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
2. Promotion commences 23rd December 2008 at 9:00am local time and entries close at 5pm local time on 17th January 2009.
3. Entry is open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. You enter the promotion by telling us in 25 words or less why you would like to win a Selleys Ultimate BBQ Care Kit!
6. All valid entries received prior to the close of the promotion will be individually judged by promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter. To be held at Selleys Pty Ltd, ABN: 67000049427, I Gow Street, Padstow NSW 2211 on 21st January 2009. The 5 best entries will win a packet of Selleys Shoe Glue. Each prize value is up to a maximum of $15.99.
7. All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on the Selleys Website and the editing of the answer prior to publication without consultation. By entering the Promotion, you also authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution, payment or royalties) on a Selleys advertisement.
8. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
9. The winners will be advised via email and winners’ names will be published in the next edition of the Selleys e-newsletter.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
12. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
13. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
14. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use personal information for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. The Promoter may provide personal information relating to entrants to organisations that assist the Promoter with promotional, marketing and publicity activities. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
