A screw has come loose in kitchen cupboard door.Could I fill it with spakfilla, drill new hole and re-screw it in?

It its loose as the door has been opened so many times, that the cavity the screw fits in has become larger over time, and now its wobbly

Please use Knead it to fill the hole then allow to dry hard before the filler can be drilled. OR Plastibond is a two part filler which can be drilled or screwed once cured. For the best result fill the old screw holes fully and firmly with filler, allow to fully dry/cure, sand level and mark and drill small pilot holes for the screws as this will lesson the chance of the filler cracking as you fix the screw in.
