Surface Preparation

  1. Ensure all surfaces are clean, sound and free from dust, oil, rust and other contaminants.
  2. Remove any existing adhesive or sealant residues.
  3. For non-porous surfaces, clean with IPA or white spirit and allow to dry.
  4. Lightly mist surfaces with clean water prior to application.

Application

  1. Shake canister vigorously at least 20 times.
  2. Attach the supplied application nozzle.
  3. Turn canister upside down during application.
  4. Apply adhesive foam in continuous beads.
  5. Allow the adhesive to react for 2-3 minutes before positioning substrates where applicable.
  6. Position substrate and press firmly into place.
  7. Adjust alignment within approximately 5 minutes.
  8. Allow adhesive to cure before trimming excess foam.

Cleaning

  • Remove uncured foam immediately using acetone.
  • Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.
