Holds up to 200kg/cm² when fully cured on Stainless Steel. Bond strength depends on substrate type, bond size and surface preparation.
Surfaces need to be abraded, clean, free of dust, grease and loose oxides
Bond will soften above 60°C but strength is restored when temperature returns to normal
Will not bond PTFE, Polyethylene or Polypropylene plastics
Set and bond times may increase in colder weather
Product may discolour if exposed to UV
Pre-test on rubber & leather to determine compatibility
Tug & snap proof after full cure (>72 hours)
Bond area should be maximised for best performance (minimum 2.25cm²)

Abrade, clean and dry surfaces.
Snap out cap from plunger and carefully cut the sealed tips at the end of the container nozzle.
Apply even pressure to the plunger to dispense both liquids onto a clean disposable surface & mix together thoroughly with a spatula. Liquids will dispense in a 2:1 ratio. The mixed glue will remain usable for 3-4 min at 20°C. Do not use plastic blister as surface to mix product.
Apply mixed glue to both surfaces of job, then bring together.
Do not apply undue strain to bond for at least 60 min. Hold join in place using tapes or weights if necessary. Cures in 24 hours. Place cap from plunger on nozzle for storage. Clean up uncured Araldite with acetone.
