Selleys 3 in 1 adhesive, sealant and gap filler is an extremely versatile product - perfect for virtually any sealing, bonding and filling applications on virtually any surface.

damp or dry,inside or outside - Provides a durable waterproof seal
- Provides strong bonds and a perfect paintable finish

How to Use
Adhesive
- Apply to one surface, in beads for broad surfaces (every 30cm) or dots for small surfaces. Press surfaces together and allow to cure.
Sealant
- Apply product, ensuring it is forced into the joint, with good contact to surfaces. Tool with a soap solution before skinning occurs.
Gap Filler
- Apply product into gap. Smooth off with spatula dipped in soapy water. Allow to skin before painting with water based paints.
Limitations:
- Not recommended for solvent based paints. If required, paint with a water based paint first.
Handy tips
- For neater joints, mask sides before applying sealant and remove tape before sealant skins.
- Larger, heavier items need to be supported until the adhesive cures.
- Paint with water-based paint. A minimum of two coats are necessary to ensure proper wetting out the sealant surface
- The cure rate of the product is approximately 3-4mm in 24 hours. In most applications, a full cure is achieved after 3 days, depending on the thickness of the bead and weather conditions.
Clean Up
- Uncured product may be removed with mineral turps.
- Cured product can be removed by scraping or sanding or with the help of Selleys Silicone Remover.
