  1. Clean the opening: ensure surfaces are sound, firm, free of loose debris, dust, oil.
  2. Shake the can vigorously (according to the directions on the can).
  3. Cut the nozzle as recommended, attach applicator straw/nozzle.
  4. Hold the can upside down; apply foam into the void—fill to approx ½ to let expansion fill rest.
  5. Allow foam to expand and cure. Typical paint-ready time: ~3 hours (depending on temperature, depth).
  6. Once cured, trim or saw away excess. Sand or plane as required.
  7. Paint, plaster, grout or caulk over the cured foam as needed.
  8. Clean any uncured foam from tools or surfaces immediately with solvent (as specified by the manufacturer).
