- Not for constantly damp conditions.
- Not suitable for exposure to water immersion or submersion. (Implicit by "sheltered exterior" clause)
- Ensure joint surfaces are clean, dry, sound.
- Fit backing rod if required to control depth for wider joints.
- Extrude sealant into joint ensuring good adhesion to-sides.
- Tool off surface if needed, allow to cure.
- Paintable once cured with compatible paints.
