- Not paintable
- Not suitable for use as a plug for burst pipes or for below-waterline applications
- Clean all surfaces; remove dust, oil, rust; wipe with mineral turpentine, let dry.
- Cut cartridge tip and nozzle at 45°, load into caulking gun.
- Extrude sealant into joint, ensuring full contact with both sides of joint.
- Tool with spatula or finger (use soapy water) for smooth finish.
- Clean up excess before it skins (within ~5-10 minutes).
- Allow full cure (~72 hours) before exposure to water; trim any excess after curing.
