  • Do not use as the sole support for structural or overhead applications
  • Avoid use in tightly clamped joints (e.g. cabinetry or joinery)
  • Pre-test all substrates for compatibility
  • Not suitable for polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, PTFE, nylon, PMMA, some rubbers, or bituminous surfaces
  • Not suitable for rooftops or surfaces exceeding 70°C
  • Not suitable for permanent water immersion
  • Longer cure times may occur in cold, dry, or low-porosity conditions 
  1. Ensure surfaces are clean and free from dust, oil, grease, or loose material.
  2. Cut cartridge tip, fit nozzle, and cut to desired bead size.
  3. Apply adhesive in a continuous bead along joists, studs, or battens. On broad surfaces, apply beads at least 5cm apart.
  4. Bring surfaces together within 10 minutes of application.
  5. Secure with nails, screws, or clamps to ensure full contact across the bond area.
  6. Allow adhesive to set for a minimum of 4 hours before removing temporary fasteners.
  7. Use mechanical fasteners for high-stress applications. 
     
    Clean Up: Clean uncured adhesive with turps. Cured adhesive can be removed by scraping, sanding.
